Its staff and location were a plus that's why I liked the place. The staff did all they can for the BEST stay. It had magnificent lobby restaurant. Based in a beautiful area. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from max's golf centre. There also was perfect parking and great pool.

It's too crowded hotel, nevertheless the breakfast here is incredible and staff are sweet. Efficient check-in, strategic location.

Best staff, very new bathroom & comfy beds - all for a very special stay. I loved the family room I was given. Large breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Spectacular location, just a short walk away from a conestoga mall. Service in the hotel was terrific too.

The whole experience was really nice from start to finish, recommend. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was lovely.

It's nice base for sightseeing and exploring Waterloo. The location was about 25 km from the airport. Big room with free wifi. Best inn we have stayed in.

Pool was nice and very clean, rooms were big enough. Liked dining at Mashawi, set within 5 minutes' walk. The staff were excellent and check-in was easy. The breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of products.

If you want to visit Themuseum, you should stay here. There was free parking. Perfect for city trip...
